By using Nazara you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what's posted from your account. One person, one account, and no pretending to be someone else.
What you post
You keep ownership of your words, photos and sounds. By posting them publicly you give Nazara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and share them as part of the service, including in previews when someone shares a link. The licence ends when you delete the post or your account, apart from copies others have already shared or that sit in backups for a short while.
Only post what you have the right to post.
Don't post
- anything illegal in India, or that helps someone break the law
- harassment, threats, hate against people for who they are, or content that sexualises anyone without consent or involves a minor
- other people's private information, or photos of private people in private settings without their consent
- someone else's copyrighted work without permission
- spam, fake reviews, paid promotion you don't disclose, or misleading information about a place
- malware, scraping, or anything that disrupts Nazara or gets around its limits
Reports and removal
Use Report on any post, comment or profile, or write to hello@nazara.club. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. We aim to act on reports within 72 hours, and within 24 hours for intimate images shared without consent. You can block anyone so you no longer see their posts.
Grievance officer
Under India's IT Rules, 2021, complaints about content or about Nazara can go to our grievance officer at hello@nazara.club. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
Places and the map
Place details, opening hours and photos come from contributors and from sources like Google and OpenStreetMap. They can be wrong or out of date. Check before you go, and take care when exploring.
The service
Nazara is free and provided as is. We may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for what other people post. These terms are governed by Indian law.
Leaving
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first.
